At Ian Allan Associates (UK) Ltd, we take a proactive approach to cost and contract management, helping to minimise the risk of cost overruns, contractual claims, and disputes before they arise.
Our team has extensive experience across a wide range of contract forms — including NEC3, JCT, ICE, GC/Works/1, Management Contracts, DOM/1, FCEC, FIDIC and bespoke national and international agreements.
